Marc, I was just diagnosed with venous insufficiency last week. What do I need to know?
I am a bit scared at the stuff I read about it on the internet.

Your question is a bit broad but I know you are not the only one feeling like this. Venous insufficiency is a disease with no quick fix. It’s a life long process. But with small changes and with some support, you will be able to keep your situation under control and prevent any ulcer or painful varicose veins.

Examine your situation from as many angles as possible. Take the test to give you a quick overview of the change you could make:

And don't hesitate to talk about what you read to your physician.
